Cycles is a kinetic installation that invites viewers to explore the interconnections between cyclical and random phenomena. Inspired by chaos theory - the unpredictability of behavior - the work creates a subtle dialogue between sound, light and movement. Eight luminous strings, like living organisms, vibrate and unfold in a series of contemplative tableaux.
Despite the raw energy of their propulsion, the strings leave an impression of floating... the illusion of suspension in a fragile equilibrium. This tension between the aerial purity of movement and the mechanical force that generates it suggests a reflection on the coexistence of infinity and the ruptures that structure it. These dialogues are extended into the sound space: the tuned motors generate a music of soothing timbres, creating a landscape in which harmony is built as much by its power as by its vulnerability.
Cycles is a sensory experience in which matter and energy unite to question the limits and possibilities of movement.
